Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Manu Fashions, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.



1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact and attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided


1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during sale or at a discounted price
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration



2. Exchanges

We offer free size and colour exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.


To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at manufashions.pvt.ltd@gmail.com or call +91 82383 89898
  • Mention your order number and the item you wish to exchange
  • You will need to arrange and send the item via courier to: 2074/75, Abhinandan Textile Market, Ring Road, Surat - 395002, Gujarat, India
  • The replacement item will be dispatched once we receive and inspect the returned item


If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or full refund.



3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.


If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking): 5-7 business days
  • Store credit / wallet: within 24 hours


3.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Item returned with minor signs of use or missing original packaging
  • Items returned after the 15-day return window on a case-by-case basis


3.3 Non-Refundable Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.



4. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the defective or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue


We will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.



5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Or call us at +91 82383 89898 (Mon-Sat, 10am-7pm IST)
  • Our team will respond within 24 business hours
  • Please arrange and send the item via courier to our address: 2074/75, Abhinandan Textile Market, Ring Road, Surat - 395002, Gujarat, India
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging before handover to the courier



6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at manufashions.pvt.ltd@gmail.com. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible and the return policy will apply.
